I love weddings

Weddings – there’s just nothing like them! The laughter, the happy tears, the random Uncle in his wild outfit – it’s all part of the perfect chaos.

I love catching that look in the couple’s eyes, and seeing the absolute pride and joy in the front row as parents watch their kids take this leap. For a little while, the world fades away, and it’s all about love, connection, and celebrating the best bits of life.

Every wedding I do is different, and whether it’s a grand affair or a backyard get together, I love leaving a ceremony with the couple beaming, it genuinely makes my day.

I am married with 2 boys, I live in Melbourne's SE suburbs, and I love food, wine and coffee (the order changes depending on the day). Fresh flowers make me happy, as do scented candles, classic 90’s songs, and indoor plants.

I became a Celebrant 16 years ago because I went to a wedding that felt soulless and impersonal. I have been trying to be the opposite of that ever since!
